Thrive Financial Group dba Thrive-Fi (collectively, “Thrive-Fi”) and its affiliates require that all users of our internet website (collectively, the “Site”) adhere to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. LAWS AND REGULATIONS

User access to and use of the Site is subject to all applicable international, federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations, including those applicable both to Thrive-Fi (as the party hosting or operating the Site) and to the user in the user’s jurisdiction of origin.

2. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

All information, content, reports, data, graphics, interfaces, web pages, text, files, software, product names, company names, trademarks, logos, and trade names contained on the Site (collectively, the “Content”)—including how such Content is presented—are the property of their respective owners, as indicated, Thrive-Fi or its licensors.

The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in writing by Thrive-Fi, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site or the Content.

3. NO WARRANTIES

All Content on the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, or accuracy.

This Site and its Content do not constitute an offer to sell any product or service.

Thrive-Fi does not endorse and is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, statement, or other information made through the Site by any party other than Thrive-Fi, except as required by applicable law.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any Content. Content may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or tampered with and should not be relied upon without independent verification. The Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. You should not act or rely on any Content without consulting a qualified professional.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive-Fi, its affiliates, agents, licensors, suppliers, and their respective directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, economic, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the Site or the Content, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, lost savings, data corruption, failed messages, transmission errors, personal injury, or third-party content or services—even if Thrive-Fi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Thrive-Fi’s total cumulative liability, regardless of the cause of action (including negligence, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise), exceed two hundred dollars (US $200).

Thrive-Fi assumes no obligation to update the Site’s Content. The Content may be modified or removed at any time without notice. Thrive-Fi disclaims all liability for unauthorized use or reproduction of any portion of the Site.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY OF USER COMMUNICATIONS

In accordance with applicable law and the Thrive-Fi Privacy Statement, Thrive-Fi will maintain the confidentiality of user communications that contain personal information and are transmitted directly to Thrive-Fi.

However, user postings on message boards, forums, chat rooms, or similar interactive areas are not confidential, and Thrive-Fi may use or disclose information contained in such postings—including ideas, concepts, or know-how—for any purpose deemed appropriate by Thrive-Fi.

6. LINKED INTERNET SITES

Thrive-Fi prohibits caching, unauthorized hypertext linking, pop-ups, or framing of the Site or its Content without prior written consent.

Thrive-Fi expressly disclaims responsibility for the Content of any third-party sites linked to or from the Site. Access to such sites is at the user’s own risk and does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Thrive-Fi.

7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Thrive-Fi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise noted. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with revisions, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.

Thrive-Fi recommends reviewing these Terms regularly.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms, your use of the Site, and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

The Site may only be used in jurisdictions where its use is lawful.
